Gareth Benson is a qualified lawyer with the Law Institute of Victoria and the NT Law Society. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2003 Gareth commenced his articles with boutique media entertainment practice Hebert Geer and Rundle (now Thomson Geers) and for Bradley Allen lawyers in Canberra, Australia’s national capital.

Gareth is a commercial and contracting specialist working with all forms of contracts including directors agreements, licensing, sales of business, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts. He is a frequent Master Class presenter including for Charles Darwin University and the World Commerce and Contracting organisation.

Gareth has filed hundreds of Trademark, Designs and Patent applications. He specialises in identifying the commercial Intellectual Property in any enterprise. His personal and purpose driven approach includes a strategic approach to elevate products of the human mind and intellect to reach full commercial potential.
