Question 1: How is this different from the Digital Program ?
The Digital Program is fully self-paced with no live sessions. The Supported Program adds 8 monthly 90-minute live group coaching sessions with Andrew Ford — giving you direct guidance, real-time Q&A, and accountability across your 6-month journey. Everything else (SSH software, modules, membership) is the same.
Question 2: What is SSH / GHL do I need experience ?
SSH stands for Social Star Hub — Andrew's implementation of GoHighLevel (GHL), a powerful all-in-one marketing platform. Knowledge of GHL is highly recommended. The coaching sessions will help you navigate it, but you need to be willing and able to learn new software tools.
Question 3: When the group coaching held?
Coaching session dates are provided when you enrol. Sessions are held monthly across your 6-month program — 8 sessions in total. They are recorded so you can catch up if you miss one, though attending live is strongly recommended so you can ask questions in real time.
Question 4: Can I upgrade to One on One Coaching later ?
Yes. If you decide you'd like personal 1:1 coaching from Andrew, you can upgrade at any time. Contact us and we'll work out the best arrangement for you based on where you are in the program.
Question 5: How many people are in each coaching session?
Sessions are group coaching calls — not 1:1. The group size is kept small enough for Andrew to address individual questions. If you need personalised coaching on your specific business, the One on One program is the right fit.
Question 6: What happen after 6 months?
Your program access concludes at 6 months. To continue using the SSH software platform, you can stay on at A$149 per month plus GST and fees. Your learning module access and community membership terms will be confirmed at enrolment.
